Steve Bryant has over 6 years of training experience with
clients and has been certified with the American College
of Sports Medicine and SuperSlow© which involves
high intensity training. He has also taken graduate courses
in Exercise and Nutrition at Ball State University. Steve
believes in client safety first but has great success
with all his clients. "Most of my business is from
referrals and that says a lot about the program! I always
tell a new person that may not know me to call any one
of my clients if they have questions about the program!"

Kurt
Schaal has been a certified SuperSlow© trainer for
2 years. He began fitness training as an ACE certified
trainer but wanted to distinguish himself from other trainers
with a quick and effective program catered to those with
limited time. After talking with Steve, Kurt tried SuperSlow©
and has been doing it since. "I have been able to
build my strength and cardio endurance in a very brief,
very intense workout twice a week." His general philosophy
involves a diet focused on natural, unprocessed whole
foods along with SuperSlow© training once or twice
a week. "This is the winning combination for those
who want to strengthen and tone their bodies and improve
